JAN CHAVEZ-ARCEO has built her career in advertising and marketing communications having handled blue chip clients and accounts while starting out as an advertising junior executive in PAC/BBDO Worldwide and Ace/Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising. She honed further her marketing communication and brand stewardship skills when she moved on to the Philippines' first GSM telecommunication company, Globe Telecom by holding two posts concurrently as the Advertising Specialist and Product Manager of the telco's Direct Distance Access service.
Moving on to being the managing director and chief creative officer of a brand activation and events logistics company, she has mastered the "science" and art of manpower training, image and personality development programs that are brand-specific –- this means developing training modules and directly training brand models and brand spokespersons to effectively represent the various brands they are commissioned to represent as part of an entire brand activation campaign. This precise training becomes key in the successes of the brand activation campaigns her team had rolled out. Some of these brand activation campaigns include the Dove Self-Esteem Fund, Dove Campaign for Real Beauty, Pond's 2008 Product Range Global Relaunch, Clear Anti-Dandruff Shampoo Philippine Launch, CreamSilk Makeover Mission, Levi's 501, to name a few.
