Ms. O has conducted several batches of the Professional Image Management Workshop for our Operations and Support personnel under the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies since August of 2006. We have traveled from Pampanga to Pangasinan and even reached Davao and Cagayan de Oro and we also had a few runs for our Manila based employees.
Ms. O's way of facilitating, that is injecting humor and fun in the workshop, was really helpful in maintaining the interest of the participants. Ms. O usually get high scores in every evaluation, praises and positive comments from the participants. Also, the things that she taught them are really being practiced by most of our employees and we really noticed a big change in how they present and carry themselves and in the way they relate or interact with others.
